Prior to joining the consulting team of Williams-Wallace, Jodi Moscona spent 15 years as Associate General Counsel for Lamar Advertising Company, one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world. While at Lamar, he managed an extensive litigation portfolio and is considered an expert in Eminent Domain. Mr. Moscona has also worked extensively in Governmental Affairs for Lamar where he was part of the successful lobbying team that effectively revised billboard regulations in North Carolina and lobbied in dozens of states, the Congress and numerous local governmental legislative bodies. He spent time on the highly effective Legislative Committee of The Outdoor Advertising Association of America.
Mr. Moscona’s past experience includes appointments on staff for the Louisiana Lieutenant Governor, the New Orleans City Council, the Louisiana-Mississippi-Alabama Rapid Rail Transit Commission and the procurement team of Martin Marietta Aerospace. He was appointed to the Resolution Trust Corporation where he assisted in the liquidation of millions of dollars of assets acquired as the result of the S&L failures of the late 80’s and early 90’s. He was qualified on the S3G nuclear reactor while serving in the United States Navy. Mr. Moscona has also served on the election campaign staffs of numerous elected officials while a partner in the firm, Political Activities and Campaigns, Inc. and was part of the successful campaign committee which protected the rights of billboard owners from a statewide referendum in the State of Missouri.
Mr. Moscona graduated as the Outstanding Political Science Graduate earning his BA from the University of New Orleans. He graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans with his Juris Doctorate and holds two certificates from St. Joseph’s Seminary College. He is an ordained permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church.
