renovation and rehabilitation of several facilities at the University of Pennsylvania.
$12 Million Canaan Valley Institute-New Facility, Davis, West Virginia Provided project and construction management services for the planning, design and
construction of a new 40,000 square foot facility. The facility will house offices, labs,
auditorium and meeting spaces, and education exhibits. The work included planning and

acquisition of the property, and the development and implementation of project

disruption issues for a community college facilities expansion project. This included,
performing schedule, cost & productivity analysis, and preparation of a report on
